YES Inc. provided responsive support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in a wide range of Labor Categories at geographically dispersed locations. Our corporate focus is to recruit and hire highly skilled employees and provide them with competitive salaries and benefits. The result is that we had few voluntary resignations over the period of the contract - thus providing our FAA customers with continuity of contract support.
YES provided professional services support in eight different Labor Categories to the Federal Aviation Administration in the Southern, Eastern, New England, Southwest, Central and Great Lakes Regions.

- Implementation and Integration; Provided Program Analyst support for EnRoute Planning and Requirements. Provided support using Primavera tool.
- Air Traffic Systems Requirements Support: Provided highly qualified FAA Air Traffic Controllers to support FAA requirements in six Regions.
- Training Assistance Support: Supported FAA training in the Southwest Region.
- Automation Support: Provided support to the FAA Staging Area in Independence, MO.
- Aviation Safety Support:Provided Runway Safety expertise in support of six FAA Regions
YES Inc. provides a variety of technical engineering expertise involving the implementation, integration and transition of National Airspace System (NAS) modernization systems, components and equipment. Our focus is on support of the Capital Investment Plan and other modernization projects. YES analysis and planning support include design, construction, safety, installation, implementation, and management of the NAS. We provide expertise in conducting research, evaluation, and studies required to develop both short-term and long-term plans including the required recommendations, goals and objectives necessary for program and project accomplishment.
YES Inc. provides expertise in systems integration by providing a comprehensive review and analysis definition of all aspects of systems integration. This includes operational aspects of aviation safety - related programs and projects involving airport layout, design, and operational efficiencies as it pertains to runway incursions. We perform evaluation of alternatives and assessment of associated risks and costs. We apply a wide range of methods to gather, analyze and evaluate information on program issues involving the integration of technological, procedural, financial and management considerations.
YES Inc. also provides Automation programming support of logistics operations. These operations include receipt, storage, issue, customer order status and inventory accuracy.
YES Inc. provides support to FAA Safety Program Managers, Air Traffic Control Centers, Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) Facilities, Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC), Airport officials and Regional Offices. Support consists of development of site implementation and transition planning for Regional facilities and equipment, Capital Investment Plan projects and airport projects involving aviation safety- related activities. YES Inc. provides support in identifying, analyzing, coordinating, resolving and reporting the solution of implementation issues generated by such projects.
YES Inc. provides expertise in planning and requirements in support of FAA customers. The specific support is focused on Program Implementation Managers at the Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC) and outlying facilities. We assist in providing Primavera schedule data and assist in scheduling and coordination for project/ program reviews for Engineering and Program Managers. We work within the FAA Corporate Work Tool Program and Primavera software.
