Responsibilities:
Delivering web development services for the presentation layer of a 3-tiered web application. The web developer determines customer requirements and translates application requirements into the design and maintenance of complex websites. Web developer works closely with the project team, including web developers, database engineers, middle tier developers, technical writers, testers and the project manager. Thoroughly tests code. Completes tasks on time with high quality. Takes responsibility for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree in information technology/systems or computer science or related field. In lieu of an associates degree, a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required. Requires ten years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years Cold Fusion web development experience. Experience with JavaScript, cascading style sheets (CSS), Designs, HTML and associated scripting and graphics integration. Must be able to apply new and emerging technologies to the site development process.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with Oracle databases including the ability to write queries. Experience with Cold Fusion 7 or higher, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver CS4. Experience with AJAX is a plus as is experience working with Java and Eclipse.
